An 8-year-old-boy was brought to the doctor by his father for evaluation of painless facial lesions that were present for 3 weeks. On examination, a cluster of umbilicated papules were seen over his right cheek. The patient had a history of atopic dermatitis. He appeared well and reported no systemic symptoms.
