Couple Returns from Hawaiian Vacation With Nausea, Vomiting & Pain – Can You Diagnose?

A husband and wife in their 60s visited urgent care a week after returning from a one-month vacation at their timeshare in Hawaii. They each initially reported nausea and vomiting.
