A 37-year-old man presented to the emergency room due to an injury from a recent fall. He had been riding his bike when he fell off and landed on an outstretched hand, impacting his right arm. He had been experiencing elbow pain, elbow edema, and decreased range of motion due to painful elbow flexion. The patient had joint tenderness, and the radial head was palpable upon physical examination of the elbow. Radiologic exam showed ulnar bowing and plastic deformation.
Is it olecranon bursitis, a Monteggia fracture, a radial head fracture, or medial epicondylitis?
