A 25-year-old man went to the doctor after noticing multiple round, fine scaly plaques on his trunk. When the first lesion appeared, he thought it might just be dry skin. But nearly a week later, he noticed that multiple new lesions varying in size had appeared. Some of the lesions were just red, but many of the annular lesions had scale around the edges. The lesions didn’t itch, and he wasn’t feeling sick otherwise.
