Woman’s Topical Med Leads to Facial Rash – Let’s Diagnose

A 39-year-old woman visited her doctor concerned about a rash that developed on her face within the last week. On examination, multiple acneiform papules and scattered pustules with some background erythema were seen. The lesions appeared fairly uniform in size and were symmetric in distribution.
