VisualDx Referral Program Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: To be eligible for the referral program, you must be an active subscriber to the VisualDx app and have completed the trial period. You must also refer a new user who signs up for an annual subscription after the trial period.
- Discount Exclusivity: The referral program discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
- Rewards: You will receive a reward for each new user you refer who signs up for an annual subscription after the trial period. The reward will be sent to your registered email address after the new user has completed their trial period and signed up for an annual subscription.
- Annual Subscription: Rewards are only available on annual subscriptions to VisualDx after the trial period is completed. Monthly subscriptions, trial subscriptions, or any other type of subscription are not eligible for rewards.
- Reward Amount: The reward amount is subject to change at any time without notice.
- Multiple Referrals: You may refer multiple new users to VisualDx and receive a reward for each referral who signs up for an annual subscription after the trial period.
- Eligible Countries: The referral program is available to users in all countries where VisualDx is available. Void where prohibited.
- Tax reporting: Any rewards under this program that exceed $600 to an individual within a calendar year will require collecting and reporting relevant tax documents.
- Fraudulent Activity: We reserve the right to withhold or cancel rewards if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of the referral program.
- Changes to the Program: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
- Agreement: By participating in the referral program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
